Labcorp is seeking a **Research Scientist** to join our Electrophysiology team at our site in **Alconbury, Cambridgeshire** .
**Work Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
**Job Responsibilities** :
+ Learning to perform cellular electrophysiology recordings using the patch-clamp technique and provide technical assistance in the performance of ion channel studies (hERG, NaV, CaV) according to the protocol, Standard Operating Procedure(s) (SOP) and the principles of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
+ Assisting with maintenance of cell lines used on patch-clamp studies
+ Performing data analysis and QC checking of patch-clamp ion channel data
