Opportunity Description
Position Summary The Kang Lab studies cell fate decision and lineage specification in hematopoietic stem and multipotent progenitor populations to modulate lineage output for therapeutic purpose in diseases and aging context. The research projects usually involve primary mouse and human stem cell sorting, multi-color flow cytometry, mouse disease models, single-cell RNA‐Sequencing, and general molecular and cellular biology techniques. Assists with laboratory duties in a research setting; performs routine tests with direction from the supervisor, manager or higher-level technician.
