The Cell Behaviour and Tissue Bioengineering Group at the CIPF offers a postdoctoral researcher position to contribute to the Mechano‑Oncology research line. The project aims to decipher the mechanosensitive processes and the mechanical properties of tissues that drive tumor malignancy and anti‑tumoral immune responses. This multidisciplinary project will combine:
- Biophysical techniques and image analysis pipeline to probe cell and tissue mechanics and cell–cell mechanical interactions.
- Microfluidic systems for controlled migration assays, immune‑cell trafficking, and spatially resolved tumor–immune crosstalk.
- Molecular and phenotypic characterization of tumor and immune cells (gene/protein expression, activation markers).
