The ideal candidate possesses exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.The position requires critical-thinking and organizational skills, as well as proven ownership and operation rigor. Solid understanding of the ad industry, knowledge of Facebook's family of messaging apps, and cross-functional management experience is a plus.
