About the job RESERVATION AGENT CUM ADMIN
Our client is a premium nightlife venue in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and assist customers in making, altering, or canceling reservations
- Respond to emails with reservation information, confirmations, and additional details related to club bookings.
- Advise customers regarding ongoing promotions or available upgrades that may enhance their experience
What we are looking for?
- Experience in reservations system (Seven Rooms) is a must
- Hands‑on approach with a can‑do work style
- Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
