+ Coordinate dinner reservations through Resy while maintaining accurate guest profiles, notes, preferences, and visit history
+ Assist guests with reservation requests, special occasions, dietary restrictions, cake orders, and dining inquiries
+ Confirm reservations and communicate restaurant policies including dress code, cancellation policies, seating timelines, and party requirements
