Reservations Agent (Air Crew)

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally strong Reservations Specialist to manage all
aircrew, contracted, and ad hoc business segments within a high-volume hospitality environment.

Location: Cape Town 
Salary: R 15 000 basic salary plus benefits

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience within hotel reservations or hotel operations.
- Previous experience within a 200+ key hotel is essential.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with quick turnaround times.
- Previous experience managing aircrew and all business segments
- Strong understanding of hotel billing procedures and invoicing.
