Responsibilities
- Reviewing and processing bookings, overbookings and options
- Maintaining OPERA Cloud and other electronic booking systems
- Generating and verifying invoices (debtors and creditors) in line with our pricing policy
- Handling deposits and monitoring timely incoming payments
- Assisting the Sales and Front Office teams at peak times
Qualifications
- Completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or professional experience in the hotel, catering, or customer call‑centre industry; or seeking a career change
- Excellent sense of quality and service, hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
- Open and communicative, excellent manners, solid command of written and spoken English
