The Reservations Specialis t is responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing hotel bookings, and delivering exceptional customer service through both voice (calls) and non-voice channels (email, chat, messaging platforms). The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in hotel reservation or travel-related accounts
