- Lead and orchestrate the complete homeowner journey across all five phases: Handover, Welcome, Orientation, The Art of Living Well, Community, Seamless Living and Rental Program management.
- Establish and maintain Rixos legendary service standards through implementation of comprehensive operational procedures that reflect our commitment to creating the grandest of feelings.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with homeowners, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all residential needs and lifestyle enhancement opportunities.
- Oversee property operations including maintenance excellence, security protocols, concierge services, housekeeping standards, and amenity management to ensure pristine residential environments.
