Resident Assistant - On Call

Hours are not guaranteed for on-call positions. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the On Call Resident Assistant monitors the safety and well-being of all Safe Haven residents while they are on site. The On Call Resident Assistant ensures that residents comply with program guidelines, assists residents in their daily living activities and documents all services provided. The On Call Resident Assistant is also responsible for reporting all potential and actual crisis situations to their supervisor, clinical support staff (partner agency) and/or appropriate emergency services (i.e., law enforcement, paramedics, firefighter department, etc.). The On Call Resident Assistant will be on call for both C-HRT Safe Haven and Uptown Safe FUNCTIONS:1.
