Resident Care Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Resident Care Coordinator to partner with our Health and Wellness Director in supporting high-quality care, medication management, and the development of our QMAP care team.

The pay range for this position is $22.95 - $26.06 per hour

In this role, you will help ensure residents receive attentive, loving care through medication oversight, care plan support, staff coaching, compliance audits, and clear communication with families, physicians, and team members.
