Resident Care Social Worker

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an individual to develop individualized care plans for residents. Responsibilities include executing care plans, monitoring progress, and coordinating care with relevant stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Social Work, with preferred experience in the social service sector. Working hours are from Monday to Thursday (8 am to 6 pm) and Friday (8 am to 5 pm).
