Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Graduate of bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- PRC License (Electrical Engineer)
- At least 3 years of experience in Building/Facilities/Property Management
- Work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity is preferred
- With working experience in line with managing business facilities (high rise building operational equipment)
