Resident Engineer - M&E

Healthcare Project Estimated commencement of work in 2nd Quarter 2026. Job Description: Lead the M&E Resident Technical Officers to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by MOHH and Consultant Team including planning roster duties based on Contractor's work schedules and oversee leave arrangements. The Senior Resident Engineer (SRE) and Resident Engineer (RE) are also expected to step in and over the duties of the M&E RTOs when necessary to ensure the continuity of site supervision. Roster planning to include regular site checks on top of the inspection requests. To have the knowledge and experience to lead and guide the M&E Resident Technical Officers and report any observations found on site that are not acceptable and report to Consultant Team. Work together with the Consultant Team for resolution and to keep proper records of such observations for proper closure.
