Opportunity Description
Please note that this job role is a contract for a minimum of 6 months which has the potential to be extended. We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Resident Liaison Officer to act as the key point of contact between residents, contractors, and project teams. You will play a vital role in ensuring residents are informed, supported, and satisfied throughout the lifecycle of housing or construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Build positive relationships with residents to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Keep residents informed about project timelines, upcoming works, and any disruptions
- Coordinate access to properties for inspections, surveys, and construction works
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and communications
