We are seeking a professional, reliable, and motivated Resident Manager (or Resident Manager Team) to oversee our 51-unit residential property located at 8/10 Willowdale Crescent in Brandon.

The Resident Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the building, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for all residents. This role requires a blend of hands-on building and grounds maintenance, minor repairs, cleaning, and administrative tenant relations. This is a live on-site position. Criminal record and credit check required.
