Resident Technical Officer (Architectural)

Your Responsibilities
To assist the Architectural Qualified Person (QP)/ Superintending Officer’s Representative (SO Rep) in carrying out supervision works on site, including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the SO Rep, and assist on supervising & coordination with other Resident Technical Officers at site.
To check that contractor executes preliminaries items according to the contract documents and as required by prevalent Authorities’ regulations.
Review all relevant documentation, take appropriate measures, and carry out quality control and inspections of architectural works to ensure they meet the required standards set by the Architectural QP / SO Rep and specified in the contract documents.
To check and verify drawings, service routes and Contractor's setting out points. To report any discrepancies or deviations to the Architectural QP / SO Rep.
To supervise, keep and maintain site records including but not limited to progress of works, record of tests, ...
