Resident Technical Officer (C&S) – with Architectural Supervision experience

Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and diligent
Resident Technical Officer (Civil &Structural)
to join our project team for a high rise residential development at
Chuan Groove . The successful candidate will ensure all site works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and BCA regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Supervision:
Perform site supervision duties per
BCA regulations ; report to the Project QP and Project Engineer.
Quality Control:
Oversee execution according to approved materials and methods. Inspect site and surrounding structures for damage.
Technical Oversight:
Supervise
Earth Works, ERSS, monitoring instruments, Basement construction, and PPVC construction
and
Architectural finishing
work.
Architectural Supervision:
Supervise architectural finishing works, including masonry, tiling, ceiling, and glazing, ensure they meet the Quality Mark (QM) or CONQUAS standards as required by t...
