Qualifications
- Oversee the construction of mechanical systems, including ACMV, plumbing and sanitary, etc.
- Monitor the installation of electrical systems, distribution networks, and power management infrastructure
- Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on all building systems to ensure optimal performance
- Work closely with the Resident Engineer, M&E contractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all construction activities and system performance
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and coordinate immediate corrective actions
- Collaborate with facility management and other departments to address technical concerns and support organizational needs
