Description
As a Residential Assistant Supervisor, you will supervise staff who provide daily therapeutic care and programming according to agency policy and governing body standards and requirements. You will report to the Residential Supervisor and you will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
+ Supervise program activity which will lead to the attainment of goals described within treatment plans
+ Supervise and evaluate the work of residential staff assigned to residential programs.
+ Work shifts on the unit as assigned, which could include variable shifts (several days and several evenings each week)
+ Work as one of the staff within the staff-to-youth ratio on the unit
+ Work as a role model for newer, less experienced staff
+ Maintain records
