**Description**

Leidos is seeking an ambitious and outgoing **Residential Contractor Network Manager** for our Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program. As the Residential Contractor Network Manager, you will work to develop and maintain a skilled, diverse, and engaged contractor network that supports the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program making Energy Efficiency accessible, scalable, and impactful.

You will support Program contractors through direct engagement, practical training, and concierge on-boarding. Meet contractors ‘where they are’, provide clear pathways into the Program, and offer hands-on support that builds trust, capability, and long-term meaningful partnership.
