Residential Counselor MAP Salary: $20.00 - $23.75 hourly Schedule: 20 hours Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. FLSA: Non Exempt What You'll Do: Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include: Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills. Implement treatment plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance. Administer/supervise medications per MAP guidelines and document care. Transport residents to appointments and community activities. Advocate for residents' needs and model healthy coping strategies.
