South Africa, South Africa 240,000 - 360,000 A busy construction environment is looking for a hands-on Residential Foreman to supervise daily site activities and ensure residential projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on-site, leading teams, and driving quality construction from the ground up.Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily residential construction activities
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and site teams
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Monitor workmanship, productivity, and progress on-site
Ensure proper material usage and site housekeeping
Enforce health & safety and quality standards
Identify and resolve site-related challenges quickly
