A Bay Area property management company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform repair and maintenance (R&M) work across a portfolio of historic apartment buildings throughout San Francisco. This role requires strong multi-trade experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting residents and internal teams.
