Residential Manager — Complex Needs Children’s Home

Coventry City is seeking a Registered Manager for its Children's Homes in Coventry. The successful candidate will lead a team of carers, ensuring high-quality personalized care for children, while implementing the best practices in accordance with legislation.

This full-time role offers a salary of £51,356–£57,403 plus market supplement. You will need extensive knowledge in residential management and be committed to diversity and inclusion. Working hours are 37 per week, Monday to Friday, with on-call requirements.
