The Role

This is a permanent part‑time role at Lefroy Care Centre in Bull Creek, working 53.2 hours per fortnight.

Roster

Week 1

• Monday: 0700 – 1515
• Thursday: 0700 – 1515
• Friday: 0700 – 1515
• Saturday: 0700 – 1515

Week 2

• Tuesday: 0700 – 1515
• Wednesday: 0700 – 1515
• Sunday: 0700 – 1515

Please note you must be able to commit to all days/shifts to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive reviews of residents through clinical assessments
• Safely administer medication to residents
• Falls management and prevention
• Complete documentation for residents ensuring accurate care planning and relevant supporting documents
• Supervise the delivery of care plans on a daily basis
