Manage day-to-day residential construction activities
Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and suppliers on-site
Monitor project progress, quality, and programme deadlines
Oversee concrete works and structural activities
Ensure cost control and material management on-site
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
