Residential Superintendent - Upper West Side

Seeking live-in superintendent for Upper West Side property consisting of 25 units. Duties will include:

Performing routine janitorial work, including cleaning and inspecting the roof, boiler room, and public portions of the building

Keeping the fronts of the buildings clean

Taking care of the garbage and recycling on designated days

Snow removal when necessary

Candidate should be able to perform light maintenance work, such as installing smoke alarms, replace radiator valves, etc. Superintendents are expected to be on call for emergencies. The janitorial work should take approximately 8-10 hours per week. Compensation will be $949.58 per month plus the use of an apartment.

There will also be opportunity for additional handyman work including framing, plastering, and painting for extra income.
