Childrens Residential Support Worker We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join a therapeutic young peoples home supporting vulnerable children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs. Key Responsibilities Building positive relationships and engaging with young people daily Supporting children from traumatic backgrounds with patience and consistency Learning young peoples routines, interests, likes, and dislikes through care plans Supporting educational goals and personal development Helping with day-to-day living tasks Guiding and supporting behaviour management Ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and emotional stability of young people Working closely with social workers, therapists, and the wider care team Shift Pattern 9am 11pm + sleep-in 7am 9:30am the following day Staff work 7 x 24-hour shifts (including sleep-ins) across a 3-week rota Requirements Must be aged 21+ Full UK driving licence required Minimum 6 months experience ...
