This is an excellent opportunity for a residential surveyor who enjoys autonomy, flexible diary management, and delivering high-quality professional advice to clients and lenders. The successful candidate will undertake mortgage valuations alongside RICS Home Surveys (Levels 13), producing accurate and compliant reports while managing their own regional workload from home.
