Resort Operations Executive

Monthly Salary: Up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus

Contract: 2 Years (renewable based on performance)

• Manage repair and maintenance, horticulture works, housekeeping service, laundry service, security service and pest control contractors.
• Monitor and manage day‑to‑day operation of the resort to ensure bungalows and chalets are ready for check‑in by 3.00pm daily.
• Provide direction and leadership to staff for efficient resort operations in accordance with quality standards and enforce all resort rules and regulations.
• Coordinate and manage execution of the Preventive Maintenance Work Schedule.
• Plan and schedule closures of bungalows and chalets for spring cleaning and repair works.
