Overview
We are looking for a Resource Management Specialist to support staffing operations by assigning the right professionals to client engagements. This role focuses on scheduling, utilization tracking, conflict resolution, and workforce planning to ensure teams are properly staffed and resources are efficiently allocated.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign client service professionals to engagements based on business needs, policies, availability, and utilization targets.
- Review staffing plans and challenge schedules/hours when needed to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Identify staffing risks such as low/high utilization, workload imbalance, performance concerns, or team conflicts, and propose solutions.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts by coordinating with engagement leaders and finding appropriate alternatives.
