• Forecast volume, service levels, and staffing requirements

• Develop long-term and short-term capacity & workforce plans

• Compute required FTEs and support strategic planning decisions

• Design and manage efficient staff scheduling

• Monitor KPIs and ensure service level achievement

• Handle real-time adherence and intraday workforce adjustments

• Track attendance, shift changes, and absenteeism trends
