We are entering the next phase of our growth journey and are seeking an experienced Resourcing Director to design, lead and deliver a best-in-class recruitment strategy. This is a senior leadership role focused on attracting, engaging and retaining specialist talent to deliver complex engineering and utilities projects. You will shape and lead the resourcing function, build capability from the ground up, and embed robust systems, processes and innovative approaches to support OCU Group’s growth.
