Resourcing manager

Overview The Resourcing Manager is a critical operational role within the PMO, responsible for ensuring the effective planning, allocation, and utilisation of delivery resources across a large and dynamic cloud portfolio. Operating in an environment managing 80–100 concurrent projects, this role requires a strong understanding of project delivery frameworks, cloud consulting delivery models, and the ability to operate at pace with frequent change. You will act as the single point of coordination for resourcing, working closely with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, Line Managers, Finance, HR, and third‑party vendors to ensure resources are accurately forecast, allocated, onboarded, tracked, and reported.
