Responsibilities

• Ensuring the successful execution of high-impact aerospace projects, Integration and analysis of time, cost, resources, and quality data.
• Program / Project planning and scheduling, including breakdown structures.
• Risk and opportunity management.
• Performance monitoring (milestones tracking), control and reporting, phase reviews.
• Contractual Data Configuration Control / Change management.
• PM process and tools implementation management.
