Responsible AI Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking AI Specialist ensure that AI systems are designed, deployed, and governed in alignment with ethical principles, regulatory standards, and organizational values. This role is responsible for establishing standards, processes, and tools that embed fairness, transparency, accountability, and privacy into AI solutions.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Ethics, Law, or a related field;
• Must have 10–15 years of experience in Agentic AI/ML-related roles, including technical practice, product ownership, or risk/governance with deep AI exposure;
• 5+ years of experience with model validation methodologies.
• Must Strong understanding of the AI lifecycle, including model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance;
