Key Responsibilities
- Support assigned stations in various outlets: collect and deliver food/beverages, monitor buffets, and replenish condiments
- Set up and maintain self‑service buffet areas and assist behind the service line when needed
- Provide support to Waiters and Assistant Waiters
- Serve beverages during meal periods according to safety and alcohol‑service policies
- Prepare mise‑en‑place at least 15 minutes before service
- Provide guest‑focused, sales‑oriented service and maintain high hygiene standards
- Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
Profile & Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Buffet Steward or similar role, or a hospitality degree with at least 4 months of practical training
- Ability to work independently; shipboard experience is an advantage but not required
