Floor Manager – Fine Dining / High-Volume Full-Service Restaurant

We are a busy, established full-service restaurant in San Leandro seeking an experienced Fine Dining / High-Volume Floor Manager to join our leadership team. This is a hands-on, guest-facing leadership role in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • 75% floor management & guest interaction (running the door, touching tables, leading by example, ensuring flawless service execution)

  • 25% administrative, staffing, scheduling, and operational oversight

  • Maintain an uncompromising focus on hospitality, team morale, and the overall guest experience

    • Qualifications


  • Minimum 15 years of hospitality experience

  • At least 5 years in a management/supervisory role

  • Proven fine-dining background in high-volume settings

  • Age range ideally mid-30s to mid-40s<...
