Spanish-inspired Restaurant in JHB South is looking for Restaurant Floor Manager to assist the General Manager to organize & run the restaurants activities in accordance with company's standards.

The Floor Manager is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the restaurant food & beverage departments. Training and managing restaurant staff.

Duties:
 
Responsible for FOH duties and ensuring excellent guest relations
Responsible for helping the restaurant meet service, sales, and profit objectives
Supervising and directing associates in daily work activities
Ensuring proper training of employees
Maintaining good customer and public relations
Ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable experience each and every time they visit
