Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of a Chinese restaurant to ensure smooth service and an authentic, high-quality guest experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen teams on Chinese service standards, cuisine knowledge, tea culture, and teamwork.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly, preserving relationships and traditional Chinese hospitality.
- Plan staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure adequate staffing for peak dining hours, banquets, and special events.
- Coordinate closely with chefs, wok station cooks, dim sum chefs, and other departments to ensure timely preparation of appetizers, soups, noodles, rice dishes, stir-fries, seafood, barbecue items, and desserts.
- Monitor hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with local regulations and proper handling/storage of fresh Chinese ingredients, seafood, sauces, spices, and perishable items.
