Restaurant Manager

Adecco is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Plano, TX. Adecco is looking for a candidate with 4+ years of education and management experience within the food industry. Sit-down, full-service restaurant management experience is preferred. This role is a for a Market/Bakery that provides hundreds of scratch-made dishes. The restaurant manager would be responsible for the following:

**Responsibilities:**

+ Actively attend to every station in the store to ensure each venue is ready for our guests
+ Hire, coach, schedule, supervise and evaluate team members to meet performance and service standards
+ Maintain all merchandising standards and manage inventory levels
+ Maintain accurate financial and operational records (e.g. sales reports, payroll, cash handling, labor scheduling)
+ Maintain safety and sanitation procedures in compliance with health codes

**Qualifications:**
