KAF Cafe is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our branches!

Experience: 3–5 years in luxury café or upscale restaurant management
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and ensure excellent customer service
- Lead, train, and motivate FOH and BOH teams
- Monitor inventory, staff schedules, and compliance with health & labor regulations
- Handle customer feedback professionally and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
- Monitor branch sales, expenses, and profitability
- Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll, leave, and staffing
- Support marketing and promotional activities
