We are hiring an experienced and seasoned RESTAURANT MANANGER to work with an amazing team and lead them to success. ML Steaks + Sport is a dynamic, and busy restaurant with high ambition, passion, and principle.

- Ability to recruit, hire, train and motivate staff to establish great retention
- Establish and maintain an inviting, friendly, positive and professional environment
- Ensure and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Successfully manage the overall financial operation
- Hands on leadership qualities, able to lead by example
- Create and promote a vibrant and interactive bar scene
- Work closely with the property F&B Director and assist with catering events when needed
