Job Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and achieving financial goals. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
You must achieve the restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews to the management.
Prepare and complete action plans to implement the production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards for the restaurant.
Ensure that the restaurant’s financial objectives are achieved by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysis variances and initiating corrective measures.
Respond efficiently and accurately to customers’ complaints.
