Our client Grand Islamabad Hotel/Havana Terraces is looking for a Restaurant Operations Manager in Islamabad.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling to maintain efficient operations and excellent service quality.
• Manage inventory through regular stock auditing and maintain inventory control systems to reduce waste and control costs. Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed to guarantee customer health and safety.
• Develop and monitor the restaurant budget, control costs, and implement cost‑saving measures without compromising quality. Oversee the use of Point of Sale (POS) systems to track sales and manage daily transactions accurately.
• Maintain quality control across food preparation, presentation, and service to meet brand standards. Address customer feedback promptly to enhance satisfaction and build a strong customer base.
