SET THE COURSE
The Restaurant Regional Manager will be required to travel to multiple restaurant locations in Southern California, Las Vegas, Scottsdale on a weekly basis. Must be willing to travel to any restaurant location as needed.
Candidate will need to be physically located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The Restaurant Regional Manager is the leader, mentor, coach and developer of the Restaurant management teams. They will actively demonstrate the Tommy Bahama philosophy, lifestyle and values. Responsible for guiding, training and communicating fiscal responsibility to restaurant and retail management.
