Restaurant Superviaor/Manager

Job Description
Manage daily restaurant operations
Lead, schedule, and supervise staff
Ensure service quality and handle customer issues
Control sales, cash handling, and daily reporting
Monitor food, labour, and operating costs
Ensure SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards are followed
Coordinate with HQ / owner on operations and performance
Drive sales during peak periods, promotions, and holidays
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
Minimum 2-3 years experience in this field
Can communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
