Must be fully flexible; hours involve weekend work. May be required to use a computerised tilling system. Will also involve usual jobs associated with working in a busy restaurant. Must be friendly & confident for this customer facing role. Be able to work on own initiative & as part of a team, able to adapt to the demands & speed of the business at peak trading.
